Snapchat is a very famous social media platform with around 218 million active users globally. It is a platform, where users can share their on-spot photos (Known as snaps) to their friends and create streaks with them. People share their snaps with each other’s and create streaks which also give their friendship a tagline. But from the last 2 days, people are facing a lot of technical problems regarding the sharing of their snap streaks. It seems most Snapchat users have been reporting problems that unable to send or receive Snap streak text messages, snap pics, or snap videos due to an outage with the popular snap-based chat service.
Downdetector an independent website that tracks the server status of any application or website services based on mentions on social media. It has reported that 1000s of snap users are reporting that they are unable to launch Snapchat. And as per analysis, it seems that there has been some problem in the Snapchat server as it’s not working on several networks and home broadband service.
Of those users who are complaining about the Snapchat server problem, the massive majority – approximately 81 out of each hundred, according to the recent data collected from Down Detector – Users are facing issues in sending or receiving snaps within the app. The remaining users have been unable to take photos within the app or they are unable to refresh their feeds, public stories, bitmoji stories, and Bitmoji TV.
And a recent update on 3:30 pm [10th April 2020] says that from this morning, Snapchat users are facing bugs in Snapchat. The chat app seems to have server problems again with a great quantity of reports flooding in. In fact, Down Detector has shown over 30,000 mentions stating that Snapchat is offline and Twitter is houseful led with fans voicing their frustrations that the app is not working.
